Dear Esther,
        Now shame on you Esther, you haven't been reading the Solar
Reflector lately, as there have been several articles on solar cooking
recently.  This is really the easiest question I've had to date, as all I
need to do is direct you to the Solar Cooking expert in Texas, who is Steve
Cook at UTEP.  Now Steve is quite modest and will probably deny this
accolade, but in any case he will be vary helpful if you contact him.  They
are even having solar cooking workshop in El Paso on June 6th.  Steve can be
