Michael Kuhn is president of ImagineSolar (est. 2002), a firm engaged in catalyzing the rapid growth of the clean/smart/renewable energy industry through systems integration expertise, consulting, and workforce development services to commercial accounts, project developers, new ventures, utilities, investors, government agencies, and non-profits. As a commissioner for the City of Austin, he authored multiple resolutions and successfully advocated for the leading green choice and solar energy municipal program in the United States. In the area of workforce development, he and his colleagues have established the first associate degree in renewable energy in Texas at the Austin Community College (ACC). Michael is a member of the SolarAustin Board of Directors. He teaches NABCEP-approved courses in solar photovoltaics as an adjunct professor at ACC. Michael holds a Master of Science in Management of Technology from Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas.
Noralinda Ureste is director of marketing and sales for ImagineSolar. She has recently returned from leading a 30-city solar energy education campaign - The City Tour for Solar - that educated citizens and city leaders on the benefits and viability of solar power. Noralinda has a decade of experience in sales and marketing within the hi-tech industry. She holds a Bachelor of Natural Science degree from the University of Texas and an Electronic & Advanced Technologies Institutional Certificate in Renewable Energy from the Austin Community College. In addition, she holds the NABCEP Entry-Level Certificate of Knowledge for solar photovoltaics.
