The purpose of this list is to provide official announcements from renewable energy and energy conservation groups in Texas. The list is hosted by the Texas Solar Energy Society, but it used by other groups such as the Renewable Energy Association of Central Texas and Sustainable Energy and Economic Development (SEED).
This list is a one-way list. That means you may not use it to send information out to other subscribers. It also means that the number of mailings on this list will be very low, never more than one a day and usually less than one per week.

The purpose of the TXSES General List is to ask questions, give answers, discuss, argue and generally interact with the Texas renewable energy community. Texas is a big state; this list is designed to unite our renewable energy community in cyberspace.
This list is not for the email-phobic. If you don't have time to read the email you get now, stick to the Announcement List. Sometimes the traffic on the list is very low. Sometimes, when there is a good discussion going, you may get several messages a day. It's well worth the effort though; there is a great deal of information shared among the list subscribers.
